1. Service description
This service (“the service”) is a personal assistant operated by Justin Haddock. It sends SMS messages to authorized recipients and accepts SMS messages from them. Messages include calendar reminders, personal briefings, and replies to user requests.
2. Eligibility
The service is available only to individuals who have been explicitly added to the recipient allow-list by the account owner. There is no public sign-up. Use of the service by anyone not on the allow-list is not supported.
3. Consent
By permitting your phone number to be added to the allow-list, you consent to receive SMS messages from the service. Consent is collected in person at the time your number is added.
4. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Typical volume is fewer than 20 messages per recipient per month. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. The service does not charge you; any charges come from your carrier.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help and contact information.

7. Changes
These terms may be updated occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to active recipients via SMS before taking effect.
