1. What we collect
When you are added to the service, we store your phone number and the label describing your relationship to the account owner (e.g., “spouse”). When you send messages to the service, we store the message content and timestamp. When the service sends messages to you, we store a record of what was sent.
2. How we use it
Message content is processed to generate appropriate responses and to maintain conversational context. Phone numbers are used only to route messages to and from you.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Messages are processed by the following infrastructure providers in the course of delivery and processing:
- Amazon Web Services (SMS delivery, storage, compute)
- Anthropic (language model that powers the agent)
These providers process data on our behalf under their respective terms of service.
4. No information shared with mobile carriers for marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Retention
Message history is retained indefinitely to preserve conversational continuity for the account owner. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
6. Opting out
Reply STOP to any SMS from the service to stop receiving messages and have your phone number removed from the allow-list.
