About this service
This service is a personal assistant built and operated by Justin Haddock. It sends SMS messages to the account holder and to pre-authorized household members (such as a spouse). Messages include calendar reminders, briefings, and responses to messages sent to the service by the user.
How consent is given
This service is not publicly available. Users consent in person at the time their phone number is added to the system by the account owner. By adding a phone number to the allow-list, the account owner confirms that the owner of that number has given explicit permission to receive SMS messages from the service.
To be added as an authorized recipient, contact Justin Haddock directly. There is no public sign-up form.

Message frequency varies by user activity. Typical volume is under 20 messages per month per recipient.

Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number. Reply HELP for assistance.

Example confirmation
When a phone number is added to the allow-list, the account owner displays this page and confirms verbally:
“Do you consent to receive SMS messages from the personal assistant operated by Justin Haddock? You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is typically under 20 per month.”
The phone number is only added to the system after verbal consent is given.
